Caring for your feet with soak baths

After the long stressful day our feet need rest and maybe a little spoiling too. In order to have them refreshed, rested and reenergized, we should cultivate the useful habit of soaking. It’s easy, it only takes ten minutes and the effect is stunning, especially in inflamed, cracked or varicose feet.
